Some Recipes
It is possible to get your child to eat gfcf food because gfcf food can taste really good.  Be creative and try different recipes.  There are some packaged foods available for your convenience but nothing compares to fresh baked muffins, breads, soups and stews.  Just about whatever your child used to eat, he or she can still eat, only with a few changes.

Be flexible and try different receipes, add your own ideas and ingredients to fit your child's tastes and interests.  Make it fun!  You can do it.  Remember, the gfcf diet has the potential to help your child improve.  Is it worth the hassle?  I think so.

There are many good recipe websites that you can use to give you cooking and baking ideas.
